3. Service Agreements

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project.

4. Payment Terms

• Initial deposit upon contract signing

4.2 Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project contract. Work may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days overdue.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring site accessibility and safety
• Making timely decisions on materials and design choices
• Maintaining insurance coverage as required

6. Warranties and Guarantees

6.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty on our workmanship from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in our installation and construction work.

6.2 Material Warranties

Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist clients in warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.

6.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence
• Changes made by others after project completion
• Issues arising from client-supplied materials

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, material shortages, or pandemics.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and creative work remain the intellectual property of Spelay Ananas unless specifically transferred in writing. Clients receive a license to use designs for their specific project.

10. Website Use

10.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for informational purposes and to engage our services. You may not:

• Use the website for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Reproduce content without permission
• Interfere with website functionality

10.2 User Content
